Jacques A. Blocher (1909-1986) was a well-known writer on missions and a professor of mission history at three French institutes: L’Institut Biblique de Nogent-sur-Marne, Faculté de théologie protestante d’Aix-en-Provence, and Faculté de théologie évangelique de Vaux-sur-Seine.
