Shipping Policy

WCP is not responsible for incorrect addresses entered by customers at checkout.

2-4 business days for printing the product must be added to the shipping time estimate.

NOTE: Transit times quoted below are estimates. Transit times may be adversely affected by factors such as weather. WCP is not responsible for delayed shipments.

Please note: USPS Media Mail and Priority Mail can be slow, depending on the season.  If books are needed by a deadline, please select UPS Ground.  Shipping estimates do not include product printing time of 2–4 business days.

USPS Media Mail – 7–10 business days (trackable, not insured)

Priority Mail – 3–5 business days (trackable, not insured)

UPS Ground – 3–5 business days (trackable, insured)

UPS Next Day Air – 1 business day (trackable, insured)

International shipping rates can be high, but we may be able to provide lower rates.  Please email orders@wclbooks.com for a quote.

Returns Policy for Individuals

For Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect title, please take a picture of the product and the box and contact publishing@wclbooks.com for further instructions.

For All Other Returns

  1. Please email publishing@wclbooks.com with a refund request and include your order number.
  2. Refunds or exchanges are only available for purchases made within 30 days.
  3. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in resaleable condition, and it must also be in the original packaging.
  4. The following items cannot be refunded: booklets or magazines, downloadable software products.
  5. The customer is responsible to pay return shipping.
  6. No return shipment carton may exceed 50 pounds in weight.
  7. All return shipments must be addressed to:

  8. When the returned product is received, we will issue a refund for the purchase price. We will not refund the shipping cost.
  9. When a refund is issued, you will receive an email notification from missionbooks.org. Please allow 5–10 business days for transaction to process. If you have checked with your bank and see no refund, please contact us at publishing@wclbooks.com.
