Q: Can I download an ePub to my Kindle?

A: Unfortunately, no, our ePubs cannot be downloaded to a Kindle. However, they can be downloaded to any device with a downloads folder such as a laptop, Mac, Android, or iPhone. Kindle versions are available on Amazon.

Q: Where is my order?

A: When you place an order on Missionbooks.org., you will receive several emails:

  • A confirmation email with your order details.
  • If you order an eBook, you will receive an email saying your eBook is available for download. This email will include a download link.
  • If you order a physical paperback book, you will receive a shipment notification with tracking information once shipped.
  • Please be sure to enter your email address when you place an order.

Q: I purchased an eBook and I cannot download because it says “download exceeds limit.”

A: When you receive a download link, please be aware that there is a limit of three clicks or downloads. If you click more than three times, you will get the message “download exceeds limit.” Please check your downloads folder because the ePub file may be there and you just need to click on it to open it. If the file is not in your downloads folder, contact us at orders@wclbooks.com. We will send you another email with a link to download again.

Q: How do I download an ePub to my device?

A: Please view our guide here on how to download ePubs to a laptop, Mac, Android, and iPhone. Please note: For all devices to which you are downloading, you will need an app that reads ePubs (eBooks) on that device. Our guide will give you suggested apps for each device.

Q: I have a book I am interested in publishing through William Carey Publishing. How do I start the process?

A: All publishing proposals must go through a submissions process. Instructions are found here.

Q: I am having trouble purchasing on your website. Can I place an order over the phone?

A: Yes, our customer service department will be happy to place your order over the phone from 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time M-F. Please call 1-720-372-7036.

Q: I would like to purchase books in bulk. How do I place an order?

A: We offer bulk discounts for books, starting at 25 copies. Please email orders@wclbooks.com for a quote.

Q: I am purchasing an order to ship internationally, but the shipping rate is high on your website. Is there anything you can do to bring down the shipping expense?

A: Yes, we can help lower these rates. We have printers in the United Kingdom and Australia. Please email orders@wclbooks.com for a shipping quote. We can send an order from missionbooks.org with the adjusted shipping rate.

Q: Do I need to set up an account to purchase on missionbooks.org?

A: No. But if you choose to, you can create an account and your credentials will be saved making your next purchase quicker and easier. You will need to log in with your username and password here.

Q: How do I sign up to get regular news and special deals?

A: We encourage you to subscribe here to receive two to three monthly emails with news such as new releases, discounts, and partner highlights. Your info is safe with us – we do not share it and we do not send too many emails. You can also unsubscribe at any time if you choose.
