Discipling others who disciple others who disciple others.  Simple, yet confounding!  Reproducible Pastoral Training clarifies specific, timeless guidelines toward the Lord's end that others are mobilized for outreach.  It proceeds from the author's own grooming by George Patterson over many years, in which new movements of "chains of churches" were not simply theorized about, but stated.  This book is a beacon of practical truth in our new millennium, and stands to bring many back to a thoroughly biblical discipleship.

Patrick O’Connor highlights specific action-oriented principles from the teachings of George Patterson as he guides the reader through the various aspects of cross-cultural ministry: the gathering of new believers, the development of new churches, the mobilization of new churches into a movement, the training of new leaders, and the departure of the pioneering ministers.

  • This reader-friendly book is a goldmine of information on effective church planting from two men who have been doing it for years.  Whether you're a church planter or church leader with a passion for reaching the lost, you can't get any more practical than this!

    — Rad Zdero, author, The Global House Church Movement
  • O'Connor has provided church planters around the globe a must-have resource.  This material is dynamite.  We used these principles to start Mongolia's first indigenous church planting movement.  Don't leave home without it!

    — Brian Hogan, Church Planting Coach, Youth with a Mission
  • George Patterson's missiological truths are so life-like that when I underlined them, they bled.

    — Kenneth Mulholland, Late Dean, Columbia Biblical Seminary and School of Missions
