Shipping Policy

Any order placed before 1:00 pm EST will ship out the same day it's placed. Orders placed after that will ship the following business day.

Some of our titles are print-on-demand and will require an extra 5-10 days to allow for printing before shipping.

Please note: USPS Media Mail and Priority Mail have been slower than normal.  If books are needed by a deadline, please select UPS Ground. 

USPS Media Mail - 7-10 business days (trackable, not insured)

Priority Mail - 3-5 business days (trackable, not insured)

UPS Ground - 3-5 business days (trackable, insured)

UPS Next Day Air- 1 business day (trackable, insured)

Refund/Return Policy

1. Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if you purchased your book more than 30 days ago, we cannot refund your purchase.
2. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in saleable condition.
3. The product must be currently for sale by WCP.
4. Only regular-priced items may be returned, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund on sale items.
5. Submit return requests to publishing@wclbooks.com.
6. We will provide a Return Authorization number, which must be written on the outside of your return package.
7. The customer is responsible to pay return shipping.
8. No return shipment carton may exceed 50 pounds in weight.
9. All return shipments must be addressed to:

10. Upon receipt of your return, we will evaluate it’s condition and issue a refund for the purchase price. We will not refund shipping cost.
11. For returns from bookstores, there will be a 10% restocking fee. Please be sure that all sticker residues are cleaned from the product.
12. Any shipment not meeting all of the above requirements becomes the property of WCP, and may be disposed of or returned to the shipper freight collect, without credit being issued.
